Andrea Stark joined Holden Global Asset Management LLC in 2012. As the Chief Compliance Officer, Andrea is responsible for the firm’s compliance program. This includes administering, testing, and enhancing Holden Global Asset Management LLC’s written policies and procedures designed for firm-wide compliance with applicable state and federal law. Andrea is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) designee. During her tenure at Holden Global Asset Management LLC, Andrea has been a leader across multiple functions, including operations, trading, accounting, and human resources. Prior to joining Holden Global Asset Management LLC, Andrea worked as a senior auditor in the financial services industry at Ernst & Young. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys volunteering in her children’s school community, family time, traveling, and cooking. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Cloud State University and her Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Virginia.
